How It Helps You

  • Meets Regulatory Requirements. A solution to meet your state's student debt letter requirements while also helping students monitor their indebtedness and confidently assess their situation and prepare for repayment.
  • Affordable, Simple Pricing. A $1,000 annual subscription fee covers the use of the tool and sending of emails. An additional $0.75 is charged for each letter we print and mail (per your setup) due to an invalid or missing email or if it's your preferred method of communication.
  • Important Information Where It's Wanted. Calculates and clearly presents sought after student loan data including loan amount, estimated payment, interest rate, capitalization, percent of borrowing, and more, delivered in an easy-to-read format, even on a mobile device.
  • No Installation Necessary. Simply work with your Great Lakes representative to customize your school's branding options and upload your School College Cost Meter File.
  • Peace of Mind. Not only is your data protected in accordance to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) but personally identifiable information (PII) is protected using administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
  • Tracks Outreach for Audit Purposes. Reports track the students who were sent an email or letter, and can be used for audit purposes.
