We're excited to announce a new solution designed to help you quickly and securely view information for borrowers and cosigners, coming soon to the Great Lakes website. Meet myCompass, a new way to view up-to-date account information and additional resources for assisting borrowers and cosigners.
Designed specifically for the unique needs and requirements of the student loan servicing industry, myCompass provides a complete picture of accounts and activities, making it fast and easy to assist customers.
While new to the Great Lakes website, myCompass has been used by Great Lakes Educational Loan Services contact center agents for years. Beginning December 5, we'll share myCompass as your new go-to tool for securely viewing accounts and activities as we phase out our current solution, Borrower Status Tool (BST).
Get to Know myCompass
To help you get familiar with myCompass, we created myCompass Introductory Tour, a short video training session designed to walk you through the tool.
