FASTChoice is an online private loan selection and counseling tool offered by your school. While the content in FASTChoice is made available to you by your school, Great Lakes owns and powers the website. By using FASTChoice, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them before using this website. If you use this website and any website related services (collectively, the "Site"), you are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use this Site.

Permitted Use of Site

You may access the Site to use material and links on the Site, download information and print out hard copies for your personal and non-commercial use.

Rules of Conduct

You agree not to:

1. Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

The content in FASTChoice ("Portal Content") is provided by your school and the lenders your school has made arrangements with to offer you private student loans. Great Lakes has not reviewed, and will not review, the Portal Content, or the computer software, displayed on the website, and cannot therefore be responsible for that Portal Content's or the computer software's respective use or effects. By operating the Website, Great Lakes does not represent or imply that it endorses the Portal Content or computer software, or that it believes the Portal Content or computer software to be accurate, useful or non-harmful. Great Lakes disclaims any responsibility for any Portal Content or computer software that may be inaccurate, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.

Great Lakes has not reviewed, and will not review, the Portal Content, or the computer software, made available through the websites and webpages to which FASTChoice links, or that link to FASTChoice ("Third Party Websites"). Great Lakes does not have any control over those Third Party Websites, and is not responsible for Third Party Websites' contents, use, or effects. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not make any warranty and hereby disclaim all warranties that may arise from your use of or reliance on this Site (and any links to other websites that are contained within the Site) including without limitation all warranties of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
